Shipping policy
Due to the custom nature of our pet portrait products, it takes a bit of time to personalize and build your order from the moment you place it.
Shipping Times
Within the United States: Orders within the United States usually arrive within 12-16 days. However, orders placed during holiday periods may require longer times, up to 4 weeks. United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and Europe: We estimate that your order will arrive within 20-28 days after purchase date. During peak holiday periods, you may experience longer shipping times, up to 5 weeks.
Important Note:
• Updates or changes to the shipping address must be made within 30 minutes of your purchase. Please check your confirmation and contact us immediately if you need to make changes. • We offer a "Skip the Line Art Creation" service. This delivery option can speed up your art creation process as move your pet to the very front of our artists’ queue. It will not speed up the shipping time of your delivery. • We are unable to accept requests to change edit photos on orders that have already been submitted. We are unable to ship to military addresses. If you provide a military address during checkout, we will request an alternative shipping from you via email. If the shipping cost to the new address is different from the shipping cost you were initially charged at checkout, we will issue an invoice for the difference, and order will be processed immediately upon payment of the invoice.
